Important Information
- Pick-up time between 4:00 am -4:30 am, (The specific departure time will be informed the night before departure).
- The Provider requests you to be ready in the Hotel/Apartment lobby before the mentioned time, the driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes more for the guest. Please note that failure to be available for pickup declares you as a "no show" and as such, there will be no refund
- ALL PASSENGERS MUST HAVE TO FILL THE INDEMINITY FORM AT THE MEETING POINT.

- Serious Heart problems and any other medical conditions.
- Serious knee & backbone Surgery/problems
- Anyone who had major surgery in the last 6 months

- Disabilities covering: Mental health and emotional disabilities, Physical disabilities covering impairments.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation less than 30 days before trip time: You will be charged 100% of the total trip cost.
- The provider may cancel your reservation or delay due to an event beyond our control such as bad weather or Technical issues, The provider will provide alternatives to reschedule the booking or a full refund will be processed.
