Age Limitation:
The minimum age to drive a Jet Car is 18 years old,  and the passengers between 3 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult +18, ages below 3 are not allowed.

Important Information:
- Please be there at least 10-15 minutes before the trip and make sure that all passengers have valid photo IDs preferably Emirates ID, Passport or just Passport copy (hard copy/not on phone). Time adjustments will not be made due to late arrival and refund requests will not be accommodated.
- For people with motion sickness/sea sickness or think may have please be advised to take motion sickness pills at least 30 minutes - 1 hour before the trip.

- Marina Harbor buggy pick up and drop off at additional cost, Please note that sometimes Marina Habor Management or security checkpoint staff will not allowed to go inside the Habor without Jet car staff accompanying and buggy service. Please do not be disappointed if such a matter occurs.

What should you bring/Wear when going to drive a Jet car?
- Bring extra clothes to change in case clothes get wet
- Advise wear slippers it may wet your shoes
- Get A waterproof bag to keep your belonging
- Apply Sun Screen protection
What are your responsibilities when driving a Jet car?
- When you arrive, the staff will ask you to sign the Disclaimer, if any damage occurs while you are driving the jet car, you need to bear all the cost of the loss, and the compensation amount will be provided by the Jet Car company.
- Life Jackets are compulsory, you need to keep your life jacket well. If it is damaged or lost, you need to bear all the costs, and the compensation amount will be provided by the Jet Car company.
Cancellation Policy
- Changes to the reservation booking are subject to availability (additional charges of 20% may apply)
- Cancellation less than 30 days before trip time: You will be charged 100% of the total trip cost.
- The provider may cancel your reservation due to an event beyond our control such as bad weather *(No sailing permit)*, mechanical failure, Coast Guard restrictions, and enforcement of new laws.
- The provider will provide alternatives Reschedule Booking or Full Refund will be processed.
